Coaching Approach

Jamon’s approach rests on the foundation that coaching is partnering with an individual in a thought-provoking and creative way to help them maximize their potential. This begins with helping them discover they are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. An approach that begins with A-Aligning with Purpose, M-Managing Emotional Chaos, A-Activating Resilience, Z-Zeroing in on Priorities, I-Inspiring through Leadership, N-Nurturing Wellbeing and G-Growing in Gratitude. This translates to not only becoming an effective leader but a Leader Worth Following.

The glass isn’t half full or half empty, it just needs ice.
