Tamarra Causley Robinson has 25 years of experience as an IT Service and Support Leader and Project Manager for large teams and organizations, coupled with 15 years of experience as an executive coach focused on authentic leadership development, effective communication skills, change management and respect and celebration of diversity of human capital, thought, and skill. Her experience includes strengthening leadership team effectiveness; coaching executives to develop critical thinking and strategic leadership skills; assisting new leaders to integrate into organizations or positions; and growing leader potential via individual and team assessments. Tamarra has coached clients across the US as well as Canada, Kenya, Ireland, and China.
